Recovery is a journey. There is hope.
NAMI Family-to-Family is taught by NAMI-trained family members who have been there, and includes presentations, discussions and interactive exercises. This free, 8 session education program is a designated evidenced base program designed to help family, significant others, and friends of those with mental health conditions. Research shows that this program significantly improves coping and problem solving abilities of those who are close to a person struggling with mental health conditions.
