We will be discussing the stigma attached to mental health throughout our generations and looking at its changes in acceptance over time.

A focus on the importance of love and compassion for oneself and how it can affect your overall mental health. Learn how a little bit of self-love can amount to a great change in your life.

"Dual diagnosis and Co-occuring disorders "
It is developmental disabilities awareness month. We will explore the challenges of co-occurring mental health conditions that many in our community face. Dr. Jessica Kajfasz and promote understanding and share resources.

BJ Horner will provide a closer look at the stages and understanding the cycles of addiction, recovery, and relapse. Wendy Jennings will present from a loved one's perspective.
